1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable
All services and digital deliverables provided by Marketing Mantis are non-refundable. Once a project is initiated, accessed, or delivered (such as ad strategy, creative assets, or website development), it is considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. No Cancellations After Confirmation
Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our services, we do not accept cancellations once a service is booked, and the payment is confirmed. All sales are final.

3. Billing Discrepancies
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please email us at marketingmantis.digital@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and resolve it if a valid billing discrepancy is found.
